I started this company because I experienced firsthand how tough it is for independent artists in Canada to access professional mixing, songwriting and composition services without a label budget.
As a musician, producer, and active member of the Canadian music scene, I’ve seen time and time again how these financial challenges severely constrain the artistic potential of many exceptionally talented individuals.
My mission is to change that. Sky Basement Studios offers affordable mixing as well as a full-service songwriting and production program for independents: bring us your demo, even just a simple video of a verse and a chorus, and we’ll handle the rest, from arranging and recording the instrumental, to mixing a finished track, while you stay focused on your creative vision.
